WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND FOR WRONG SELECTION OR CHANGE OF MIND

Exchange is available, with the return cost to be covered by the customer. Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, underwear or earrings. 

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty or not as described. In the event of a faulty item, we may offer to repair or replace the item free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Credit Notes

Credit notes issued by our store are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue and can be used towards any purchase on our website.

If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a credit note, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the value of the credit before reissuing a new credit note. Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Requests
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 3 days of placing your order. We will process this request provided your order has not been dispatched. We will not cancel and refund orders that have been shipped.
